The commissions Beth has accepted are primarily depictions of something, someone loved. There are houses, cities, pets, and loved ones. Leaving a home where wonderful memories were created or a city that you fell in love with are perfect times to have a professional artist put an image to those feelings.

Some of these are pets who have left us to cross the “Rainbow Bridge”. The paintings and collages show our sweet pets in the way we want to see them after they have passed away. Playing with their favorite toys in a folk-art world where their innocent selves can enjoy their new lives. To request information please contact me through email at beth@bethrommel.com. Photographs and information about your pet are needed to start a portrait. Understanding the relationship and personality of these special loved ones is key to a successful personal piece. Many sizes are available.

Having been a children’s librarian/media specialist Beth has a love of literature and books for the youngest readers. She began honing her skills as both author and illustrator. Examples of her award-winning illustration and sample work is shown here. If you have an interest in her illustrating your original manuscript please contact her. Many people would like to have their story published either by a publishing house or by themselves in the booming industry of self-publishing. Collaborating with a professional artist is a wonderful experience. You will see how your story unfolds when a visual artist sees your words and you watch them come to life.
